Join the Ski Club
We are so glad you are interested in joining our club! We have a lot to offer. Here are some of the most frequently asked questions:
Do I need a boat?
No, the club has many activities where you can ski weekly all summer long without a boat. Having a boat helps, but is not required.
Do I need to be able to ski?
No, We can teach, either in our Junior Development program or with a private lesson.
Must I join USA Waterski?
Yes, USA Waterski provides our insurance. Our drivers and instructors are all rated and insured thru USA Waterski. A person can attend up to 2 events and come as a guest. After that you must join USA Waterski.
I want to go over the jump, what do I need to do?
Be a proficient skier, be an active USA Waterski member (for insurance purposes)
Wear jump skis and a helmet.
Not be too afraid.
I only want my kids to ski, do I need to join USA waterski?
No, if you are only going to watch from shore or dock, you do not need to join USA Waterski. If you want to volunteer to help, get in a boat, help your child in the water, you will need to join USA Waterski.

Please Note: In addition to Pomona Lake Ski Club dues, if you or your family are wanting to participate in any aspect of the club (ski, ride in boat, sit on the dock, parade activities, etc) you will be obligated to pay USA Waterski for their annual membership as well. This allows the club to remain insured and participate in sanctioned events. Once you complete the member sign up, you will be given a USA Waterski member number that you can use on our form below (or you may come back and do this later but it must be done before you can participate in club events).
