Team Tuesday
Today is Team Tuesday. We will feature one of our Rough Water Warriors every week during our slow months. Hope you enjoy our first skier.
Our youngest skiing team member is Curtis. He is 7 years old and a first grader. He has been skiing for 2 years now. Curtis is one of the first skiers in our show usually bringing in the American Flag. He also barefoots, kneeboards as well as two skis.
Curtis plays all the sports. Flag football, baseball, soccer, wrestling, basketball and gymnastics. He’s pretty good at most things.
While at the lake Curtis loves to fish. He can spend hours with his Dad and Grandfather fishing just east from where we ski. The boy can catch some fish too.
One of Curtis new past times is hunting, he’s been able to accompany his Dad on hunts for deer, turkey, geese and ducks. Curtis is learning how to trap small game this winter. He got a new puppy that he hopes to take rabbit and squirrel hunting. We find him around the clubhouse many days catching “things”. Toads, frogs, butterflys, snakes, etc.
